Macau is a beautiful city with a European influence, thanks to its Portuguese history, on an island to the south of mainland China. It has become a favored travel destination for many from Hong Kong and mainland China and is becoming more and more popular with tourists from further afield.

If you do try your hand at gambling in Macau I would recommend watching a game for a period of time first to get used to the local customs in terms of handling money and communicating with the dealer and other players. This way you will feel more comfortable and confident when you take a seat at a table.
